Type of event - is it easy to photograph? what are the challenges with photographing an event like this
Requirements - are there any specific shots that need to be captured and what are they
Editing - how much post editing is required on the photos

Is it just one person or multiple people?
What type of shots are required? Is it corporate head shots or something more creative.
How long are we needing to shoot for? Usually these can last from 2 to 4 hours.

Whether I am coming to your site/location to photograph or if the product is being sent to me to photograph and are there any costs in sending product back etc.

If I am at an event and you see me or plan with me to shoot before hand I will do a couple of quick snaps for free and can send you 1 or 2 pics
